General terms and conditions for Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen

1. Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements, reservations and services between Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen and the user of its facilities.
1.2 By using the facilities, participating in the activities or entering into an agreement with Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen, the user accepts to be bound by these general terms and conditions.
2. Safety and Health
2.1 Safety is paramount at Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen. Users must comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by us when using the water ski slope.
2.2 Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen offers other activities and facilities in addition to water skiing and wakeboarding. Users are reminded that the same concern for health and safety applies to all other activities offered at our center.
2.3 It is the user's responsibility to be aware of the safety rules and instructions applicable to specific activities, such as the use of the water ski slope, aqua park and all other activities offered. For the safety of all participants, users must follow the instructions of our staff at all times.
2.4 Users should report any health problems or medical conditions that may affect their participation in an activity at Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen to our staff. We can then look together at the possibilities and possible adjustments to ensure safe participation.
2.5 Wearing appropriate protective equipment may be mandatory in certain activities. Users are requested to wear this equipment as directed by our personnel.
2.6 Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen reserves the right to refuse access to certain activities to persons who, in our judgment, do not meet the required safety standards or are deemed unfit to participate in a particular activity.
2.7 In activities involving minors, parents or legal representatives should be aware that they are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.
2.8 If there are unforeseen circumstances that compromise the safety of participants, Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen reserves the right to cancel, interrupt or modify activities with the highest priority being the safety of all involved.
2.9 Users are encouraged to report unsafe situations or safety concerns to our staff so that we can address them appropriately and ensure the safety of our visitors.
3. Reservations and Payments
3.1 Reservations for use of the water ski slope can be made online, by phone or on site, subject to availability.
3.2 Rates and payment terms are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
3.3 Payment shall be made prior to commencement of use of the water ski slope, unless otherwise agreed.
3.4 Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen reserves the right to cancel or change a reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather conditions or technical problems.
4. Liability
4.1 Users use the water ski slope at their own risk. Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen is not liable for any injuries, property damage or other losses resulting from the use of the water ski slope.
4.2 Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen shall not be liable for any injuries, property damage or other losses resulting from the user's failure to comply with the safety instructions and guidelines.
4.3 Users are liable for any damage to equipment, property of Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen, or property of third parties caused by willful misconduct or negligence.
5. Cancellation and Refunds.
5.1 Cancellation of a reservation must be reported to Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen as soon as possible.
5.2 Refund of payments for cancelled reservations will be determined according to Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen's cancellation policy, as stated on our website.
6. Changes to the Terms and Conditions.
6.1 Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The most recent version of the general terms and conditions is always available on our website.
6.2 Users are advised to regularly review the Terms and Conditions to be aware of any changes.
7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution.
7.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
7.2 Any disputes arising from the use of the facilities and activities of waterskicentrum de Kempervennen shall be submitted to the competent court of the Netherlands.
Conditions for season ticket holders:
After paying the applicable rate for a subscription, members can use the cable park during opening hours under the following conditions:
1. The season ticket is personal and non-transferable.
2. Members create a user account on the booking website of Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen and use this to make reservations.
3. At each visit, the season ticket holder reports to the reception of Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen. Here he/she receives an entrance ticket.
4. To use the obstacles, experience is required and the wakeboarder/water skier must be familiar with the regulations of Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen. The season ticket holder has read and signed the Own Risk Declaration and is in possession of an approved helmet and a proper wakeboard. Wearing an impact or life jacket is mandatory.
5. The normal rates of Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen apply to equipment rental.
6. In the months of April, May, June, September and October, the subscriber can make unlimited use of the Cablepark (as long as the crowds allow).
7. In the months of July and August, the subscriber can use the cable park from Monday to Friday during the entire opening hours. On Saturday and Sunday this is possible from 17:00
8. Reserving a starting time is mandatory (a maximum of 1 starting time is reserved per day, if capacity allows, the subscriber can use the starting time for longer).

9. If the cable park has been rented for an event or group, the operator may refuse season ticket holders.
10. If the season ticket holder no longer wishes to use the season ticket for any reason during the season, no money will be refunded.
11. Season ticket holders must adhere to the house rules of Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen.
