Is reservation required?
Reservations are not required, but we recommend booking in advance through our website to avoid disappointment.
Do you need to make reservations to use the catering facilities?
It is not possible to make reservations for our catering service. We do have one big terrace.
What is the starting time of the sessions?
Please sign in at the reception desk of Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen 30 minutes prior to the activity.
Where can I park?
You can use the parking lot at Center Parcs de Kempervennen. This costs €7.50 for one day.
I made a reservation but I can't come, now what?
It is possible to cancel or reschedule your reservation 5 working days in advance. After that, the reservation is final.
Will the activity continue if the weather is bad?
Yes, often they do. Only during extremely bad weather and thunderstorms, activities may not take place or are temporarily stopped. Because this is difficult to estimate in advance, these choices are made at the time.
From what age are you allowed at the Aquapark?
Age 8 and up. Children up to 12 years old are required to bring an adult supervisor (18+) to the Aquapark. The supervisor must enter the Aquapark with them. The supervisor should also book a ticket.
As a parent/guardian, do I have to join at the Aquapark?

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No, it is not allowed to consume self-brought food an drinks.
Should I print my confirmation?
No, but please have your confirmation ready when you sign in at the front desk.
I am with a group, are there other prices and programs for this?

Are dogs allowed?
Leashed dogs are allowed on our terrace.
Is swimming allowed?
Seeking refreshment is allowed in a small part of the lake, actual swimming is not allowed.
Is a burkini allowed?
Yes, burkinis are allowed at our location, including during activities. Over this, you will wear a life jacket.
What are the dress code?
If you do not wear a wetsuit during the activity, swimwear is mandatory (for both the Aquapark and the Cablepark). Over your swimwear you always wear a life jacket, which is included with the activity.
A wetsuit is usually not necessary in summer, but can be pleasant in spring and fall. It is included as standard in the price.
At the Aquapark, it is mandatory to wear water shoes with grip. These are also included in the price.
Burkinis are allowed at our location, including during activities. Over this, you will wear a life jacket.
Are locker rooms and showers provided?
Yes, a limited number of individual locker rooms and showers are provided.
Is Waterskicentrum de Kempervennen wheelchair friendly?
Yes, our terrace is wheelchair accessible. There is no disabled toilet available.
